Q: How long do you need to set up and how long does service take?

 

Once we arrive it takes about an hour or two for us to get set up and cooking! We can serve up to 100 guests per hour of service, but will work with your schedule.

Q: I have guests with food intolerances. Do you cater for them too?

 

A:  We are food service professionals who take pride in offering a ‘top shelf’ service to our customers. We are flexible and happy to discuss modifications to menus to suit those who suffer from intolerances and allergies.

Q: What is the minimum number of people I need to have for the truck to cater a private party?

 

A: There is no set minimum however we do have a minimum spend which varies from weekday to weekends and can be made up with menu items.

Q: What is the cost per person for catering?

 

A: This really does vary depending on your event, number of people and amount of courses. We are happy to work within your budget so the best course would be to contact us directly and we can come up with a package to suit you.

Q: Does the food truck need power and water access?

 

A: All we really require is a flat place to park on private land. We are completely self-sustainable with regard to power and water, however to minimise ambient noise we use mains power wherever possible.

How do I book the truck?

 

Contact us to check your date is free and for our catering menu, then all we require is a 50% deposit to secure your booking which is fully refundable up to three months before your event.
