One World Food Truck brings big flavours and good times wherever we go. Based on the Sunshine Coast, we serve vibrant Spanish and Latin-inspired street food with the occasional twist from other corners of the world, because when it comes to flavour, anything goes.
Our food is all about bold tastes, fresh ingredients, and cooking things properly. From smoky grilled meats to bright, punchy sauces and crispy hand-cut chips, everything is made to be enjoyed with friends, a cold drink, and a healthy appetite.
You’ll find us at local breweries, private parties and weddings, serving food that’s generous, satisfying, and made with real passion.
Being called One World means we’re not limited to one style. While Spanish and Latin flavours are at the heart of what we do, we love creating menus that suit the occasion and the people we’re cooking for.

The Truck
Our custom-built food truck is a fully equipped mobile kitchen designed to bring bold flavour straight to your event. We roll in ready to cook, completely self-sufficient and set up to serve fresh, made-to-order food wherever you need us across the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.
With a char-grill on board and a passion for real cooking, we create everything from slow-smoked meats to juicy char-grilled burgers and vibrant street-food favourites. Nothing beats the smell of the grill firing up and the sound of fresh food hitting the hotplate.
And yes — we serve proper hand-cut chips. Because the little details matter.
